Business and Marketing Representative
The Business and Marketing Representative is responsible for providing service to existing business relationships while actively expanding clientele base interested in natural and organic products.
Job Qualification:
- • Handle existing accounts and customers classified under non-retail relationships.
- • Active prospecting of leads, new clients and business relationships.
- • Arrange meetings and presentations.
- • Participate in events, trade shows and conferences.
- • Actively respond to phone calls, SMS, online messaging, social media communications and emails.
- • Follow and achieve department’s objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- • Perform all other relevant departmental objectives when required.
Job Qualification:
- • Independent and highly motivated; able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
- • Demonstrable effective business communication skills
- • Excellent communication skills both in oral and written English and Filipino
- • Sociable and outgoing; able to communicate effectively and comfortable with various types of individuals
- • Analytical and creative thinker
- • Strong attention to detail, time management and self-organization
- • Proficient in computer software applications (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
- • Knowledgeable in the use of technology, digital devices and social media platforms
- • Passionate about organic and natural products, its use and application, and impact to consumer lifestyle and environment
- • Bachelor’s degree holder (any course) or equivalent experience. Undergraduates must have 1-2 years solid relevant experience
Retail Associate
The Retail Associate is responsible for assisting customer inquiries and purchases, completing in-store or online transactions, facilitating order fulfillment and establishing strong customer interest to nature-inspired products. Passionate about beauty, nature and the environment, with an uncanny drive to fulfill and address the needs of our retail customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Attend and assist store customers in the selection of products
- • Actively respond to phone calls, SMS, online messaging, social media communications and emails.
- • Ensure accurate fulfillment of orders prior to completion of transactions.
- • Efficiently handle day-to-day sales related transactions and reports.
- • Provide specific and correct product information based on product knowledge trainings, supplemental research and discussions.
- • Follow and achieve department’s objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- • Conduct physical inventory of stocks on a regular basis
- • Perform all other relevant departmental objectives when required.
